The plan, where everyone can see it
Planned inspections appear as cards, each showing the item, inspection grade and whether its date has been overridden. Overdue work sits in its own column, so nothing slips out of sight.
Reschedule a circuit, not fifty items
A pipework circuit can hold hundreds of items. On the Planner Board it can be shown as one card, and moving it cascades the new date to every item and feature beneath it. Open the circuit when you need to work at item level.
Nothing moves without a reason
Whether a card is dragged or a date typed in, ENGAGE asks for a justification and records who made the change, when, and the old and new dates. Only users with the rescheduling permission can move a card; everyone else can still see the plan.
Workpack Board
A second board shows where every workpack sits in its lifecycle, from creation through approval to close-out, so planners and supervisors can spot bottlenecks at a glance.
