PDFs that already contain text are read directly. Scanned sheets are cleaned up and read with machine-learning text recognition built for engineering drawings. Each drawing is indexed once and re-indexed only when a new revision is uploaded.

Connect drawings to the asset register

ENGAGE matches the tags it finds against your items and suggests drawing-to-item associations. An engineer reviews each one and accepts those that are right; nothing is linked automatically.

Especially useful when data is messy

Migrating from a legacy system, taking over an asset with documents from several previous operators, or holding a large archive of scanned drawings with no searchable text: the indexer turns that archive into data you can search and connect.
