ENGAGE v3.0.0 release notes

ENGAGE v3.0.0 is the largest single ENGAGE release to date, with improvements across the whole product.

TEQ AI assistant

  • Ask questions in plain English and get answers from live ENGAGE data, with links to the records behind them.
  • Answers respect each user’s site and permissions; TEQ never offers a link the user cannot open.
  • Today’s TEQ Summary dashboard widget: a short daily brief of overdue actions, expiring mitigations and work due.

Drawing markup

  • CMLs, circuits and anomalies shown on P&IDs, isometrics and vessel GA drawings.
  • Colour the overlay by wall thickness against minimum allowable, open anomalies, inspections due or workpack scope.
  • Mark up drawings in the browser by drawing rings or tracing lines.
  • Export a marked-up PDF with legend, drawing reference and revision.
  • Import existing markup from legacy drawing sets.

Visual inspection planning

  • Inspection Planner Board: drag-and-drop rescheduling, grouped by circuit, system, service or module.
  • Reschedule a whole circuit in one move, cascading to every item and feature.
  • Mandatory justification for every reschedule, recorded in the audit log.
  • Rescheduling restricted by role, with a clear message for users without permission.
  • Workpack Board showing every workpack’s lifecycle stage.

Dashboard

  • Drag-and-drop dashboard layouts, with more than one layout per user.
  • New widgets: Current Risk Position, Anomaly Ageing and burn-down, Inspection Plan Attainment, Anomaly Heatmap and Today’s TEQ Summary.
  • Drill-through from widget figures to the filtered register.

Anomaly management

  • Back-to-back cover, with the audit trail naming who did the work.
  • Actions can be edited, reassigned and closed on behalf of a colleague, fully logged.
  • No-action-required close-out route with a mandatory reason.
  • Unused anomaly fields can be hidden per instance.
  • Field-level audit log of every change to an anomaly.

Governance and security

  • Sign-offs and close-outs stamped with the logged-in user and current date.
  • New roles, including access to own actions only and close-out restricted to a named group.
  • Security hardening: request verification on every data-changing operation and a review of all unauthenticated endpoints.
  • Administrators can review and clear audit and error logs, with entry counts shown first.

Registers and saved views

  • Filters and sorting remembered between pages and across the session.
  • Column choice, grouping, sorting and per-column filters on every major register.
  • Saved, named and default views across 16 registers.
  • Clear Filters button on every register.

Reporting

  • Inspection Summary Reports for circuits and vessels.
  • Rebuilt Wall Thickness Trend chart with multiple features and projection to minimum allowable thickness.
  • Email a report directly from the report viewer.
  • Report windows open large, resize and close reliably.
